Added a module to change the MIB/MMI interface language on Audi vehicles with SFD2 protection.

This update introduces separate DoIP connection modes, full Scanmatik SM3 support through D-PDU API, and expanded ECU Simulator, Memory Cells, and D-PDU configuration capabilities. Ultimate subscribers can now download selected flash containers from File Database Explorer. The release also improves SFD Dialog, logging, stability, and discontinues support for ELM/STN interfaces.

The new version of VCTool introduces DoIP simulation support in the ECU Simulator module and adds the ability to bind a hardware security key to a user account.
