GETTING STARTED
1 Install VCTool
You can download the app on the DOWNLOAD page.
Three versions are available: x86 (32-bit), x64 (64-bit), and a combined package that includes both.
If you are using a VAS6154 interface, the x64 version is recommended. It is compatible with the drivers installed by the latest versions of ODIS and also supports operation over DoIP.
The x86 (32-bit) version can work with both VAS6154 interfaces and older VAS5054 models, as well as with J2534 devices using their native drivers.
2 Top up balance
To pay for subscriptions and other paid services in VCTool, you need to top up your account balance on this page. The application uses an internal currency — CRD.
1 CRD = 1 EUR + VAT. VAT applies to users from European Union countries, and the rate depends on the VAT rate in your country.
What is available without payment
Access to the Coding and Adaptations module in read-only mode, without access to advanced functionality.
Reading measured values in a limited mode — up to 4 parameters per session.
Creating backups. Without access to the backup module, the backups you create can only be used in one-click presets where rollback to the backup parameters is available.
Viewing and clearing diagnostic trouble codes.
Using free presets to activate functions with a single click. The full list for a specific vehicle can be viewed here.
Loading linked datasets created by another user, or datasets from the VCTool server (these may be paid separately without purchasing modules), as well as datasets and calibrations previously obtained through the Stock Service (available for an additional fee, the price depends on whether you have a subscription and on the package size; provided by a third party organization; all information is available in the app).
Login search (Login bruteforcer).
Viewing active SWaP/FoD codes.
3 Subscription purchase
You can purchase a subscription directly on the balance top-up page by selecting the desired option from the available plans.
Alternatively, you can pay for a subscription using CRD available on your balance. To do this, launch VCTool, sign in to the server using your login and password, open the Account → Subscriptions section, and click Buy subscription.

Select the desired subscription type and click the cart icon. The subscription cost will be deducted from your VCTool account balance.
To enable automatic renewal, you need to top up your balance in advance and activate auto-renewal in your profile settings. You will receive an email notification before your subscription expires.
You can receive a discount on renewing an annual Lite, PRO, or Ultimate subscription if you purchase the renewal during the final active month of your current subscription. The discount amount depends on the subscription type.
Annual Lite and PRO subscriptions can be upgraded to a more advanced version. To do this, open VCTool, select the active subscription you want to upgrade, and click Upgrade subscription. You will then see the list of available plans and the cost of the upgrade. The upgrade rules can be found here.
IMPORTANT: We do not automatically charge your bank card and we do not store your card details.
4 Purchase of a module

If you prefer to work without a subscription, you can purchase the modules you need separately. To do this, launch VCTool, sign in to the server using your login and password, then open the Account section in the sidebar and go to the Modules tab.
When purchasing a module, its cost will be deducted from your VCTool balance. Purchased modules remain active for your account without any expiration.
Important: A separately purchased module or set of modules is not a subscription and does not grant access to certain program features that are available only with an active subscription.
