VCTool update v2.6

+ Added a module to change the MIB/MMI interface language on Audi vehicles with SFD2 protection.
  The module lets you switch the set of available MIB/MMI interface languages to a selected regional set in one click. Supported platforms: MQBevo, MLBevo, and PPC/PPE.
  The module is a fully external service and is charged separately for each (!) operation. The module is not standalone, so it is not included in subscriptions and is not sold separately.
  Before using the module, please carefully review the terms of use.
  The module is available only when connected to a compatible vehicle, in the VCTool side menu — "MIB SFD2 Language".
  The module may be unavailable if there is no connection to external services.
